Does the density of melt-blown cloth refer to the thickness of the cloth?

Most of the meltblown cloth is used for masks and so on. The density refers to the "density" between the fibers of the cloth. (It can be understood as the distance between the warp and weft intersections of cloth fibers) ~ Generally made as a general mask is used to prevent dust.
