A heating tube is a common heating element, and the insulation of an electric wire is prone to hardening and falling off after being heated, making it prone to malfunctions. It is best to use wiring terminals at the connection between wires and heating tubes to ensure good contact and prevent overheating. Try to keep the wires away from the heating tube as much as possible. The wires near the joint should be protected by a heat-resistant sleeve or porcelain tube to prevent insulation damage after heating.
A 380V heating tube can also be connected to a 220V power supply for use, but heating is slow when the power decreases. Many heating devices use three-phase power supply, and three sets of heating tubes are connected in a star shape without a neutral wire. The actual voltage on each tube is also 220V. If connected in a triangular pattern, the voltage on each tube is 380V.

2. Corrosive liquids
(1) Weak acid and weak base: A corrosion-resistant 316L heating rod can be used.
(2) Strong corrosion and high pH: Electric heating tubes coated with PTFE can be used.
3. Water
(1) Ordinary tap water: Just use a stainless steel 304 flange heating tube.
(2) The water quality is relatively hard and the scale is severe: in this case, a heating tube made of stainless steel 304 with a waterproof scale coating material can be selected.
(3) Heating drinking water: At this time, a food grade 316 material electric heating tube should be used
4. Air dry burning
The working temperature is around 100-300 degrees, and the heating tube material is made of stainless steel 304.
