Features of vertical injection molding machine:
1. The injection device and mold locking device are on the same vertical centerline, and the mold is opened and closed in the up and down directions. Its floor area is only about half of that of the horizontal machine, so its production performance is about twice that of the floor area.
2. It is easy to realize the molding of steel parts. Because the mold surface is upward, it is easy to put the workpiece into position. The machine type with fixed lower mold and movable upper mold is adopted. If the belt conveyor is combined with the manipulator, it can easily realize the full-automatic molding of parts.
3. The weight of the mold is supported by the horizontal template to open and close up and down. The forward fall caused by the gravity of the mold, similar to the horizontal machine, will not occur, making the mold unable to open and close, which is conducive to maintaining the accuracy of the machinery and mold.
4. Each plastic cavity can be taken out by a simple manipulator, which is conducive to precision molding.
5. Generally, the mold locking device is open and easy to configure various automatic devices, which is suitable for automatic forming of complex and delicate products.
6. The belt conveyor is easy to install through the middle of the mold, which is convenient for automatic production of molding.
7. It is easy to ensure the consistency of resin fluidity and mold temperature distribution in the mold.
8. It is equipped with rotating table top, moving table top and tilting table top, which is easy to realize the molding of the workpiece and the combination molding in the mold.
9. During small batch trial production, the mold structure is simple, low cost, and easy to unload.
10. Due to the low center of gravity, the vertical injection molding machine has better seismic performance than the horizontal injection molding machine.
